Hi, registered participant of Soria Moria til Verdens Ende 2024!

Here is newsletter #2 for this year's event.

Status for the routes

A first version of the routes is available on the race website, see the tab Routes. Note that route checking continues for two weeks, so small adjustments may come.

Main changes compared to 2023:

  • 100 miles follows the original route (GPS track from 2022) between Konnerud og Montebello.
  • CP3 Sande is moved to Energihuset in the centre of Sande, which gives a small increase of the race distance for the 50 og 100 miles+ contests.
  • On Nøtterøy the route is changed to follow the easy coast trail between Hella and Tømmerholt.

Food and drink

Below is a simplified overview of food and drink offered at the various service stations. At the stations there will be a gluten-free/vegetarian option. If you have additional wishes/needs, then these must be taken care of by yourself.

Volunteers

Soria Moria til Verdens Ende needs more volunteers in the staff. Maybe you know someone who can help? There may well be someone who will follow the race anyway, but who also has the opportunity to contribute a few hours at one of the stations. Great if you get in touch😊 (see contact info here).

All volunteers are offered a free registration on SMVE 27 km in 2025! This registration can be given away.
